DEFRA : Department for Environment, Food & Rural Affairs is the UK government department responsible for policy and regulations on the environment, food and rural affairs, with a stated aim "to protect and improve the environment, and to integrate these goals into policies across the government and internationally".
OFWAT : The Water Services Regulation Authority is the economic regulator of the water and sewerage sectors in England and Wales. Useful source of information and help when dealing with your Water Company.
Met Office : An invaluable site for anyone considering undertaking drainage works!
IOSH : The Institution of Occupational Health & Safety. The world’s biggest professional health and safety organisation.
